Sensory Overload!

Help me give my students the sensory materials that they need to be successful.

FULLY FUNDED! Mrs. Caulfield's classroom raised $201

My Students

My students are first grade students that are eager to learn! They are curious, energetic and thrive on hands-on learning. They are a very diverse class all with individual needs. They are hard workers who deserve the best. Being five and six years old means learning through play. We use a play-based curriculum so that students can get the best hands-on education. Many of my students cannot sit for a long period of time to learn and listen. I need materials so my inclusion students can be successful in the classroom.

My classroom is a place where ALL students can learn no matter what.

I plan with students' strengths and weaknesses in mind so that I am meeting their maximum learning potential. My students come from all over the city of Boston and have a wide range of backgrounds. It is my job to give them the education that they deserve and to develop lifelong habits for learning.

My Project

These materials will make a big difference in how my inclusion students work and thrive in the classroom. I have students with all different needs that need aid in being successful. The sensory vest with help students to focus and pay attention to the content that I am teaching. It will help students have body control so that they are able to complete work with out distractions.

The sensory cushions will help students have body control and self control.

It will help them learn to be more independent with less reminders to pay attention. They will benefit greatly from these materials.
