My Project

My students are 4 to 5 years old. For many of my students, this is first time in school. School can be a scary place, and these sensory items will help them calm down and refocus. This will be especially helpful for students with special needs. There are also some special literacy and math items that my students will use.

My students are incredibly curious about the world.

We have a great principal at my school, and he is very eager to build up our school. Unfortunately, we do not have the budget to do this.

These centers include things that my students may not have used before such as a Buddha Board, a bubbler set, and fidget bands. The goal for having these items is to start to relax with meditation style art items and items designed to promote calm (by watching bubbles) and self-regulation such as the sand timers. The items you help us to fund will help my students adjust to school!
