My Project

Sensory items can help ground individuals in the present moment. By focusing on textures, smells, or sounds, people can reduce anxiety and stress.ngaging with sensory items, like fidget toys or calming scents, can help manage overwhelming emotions. They can provide a comforting distraction during moments of distress.For those with sensory processing issues, certain items can provide necessary stimulation, helping to improve focus and reduce feelings of overwhelm. This can improve overall mental health in and outside of the classroom. Any sensory items encourage mindfulness practices, helping individuals cultivate awareness and reduce negative thought patterns.Incorporating sensory items into daily routines can lead to improved emotional well-being and resilience.
