My Project

At CES, we are committed to creating a supportive and inclusive environment for all our students, especially those in our ASD unit. Students with autism often face sensory challenges that can make loud, busy spaces like the cafeteria or bright classrooms overwhelming. To support these students, we’re seeking resources to help create calming, structured environments where they can feel comfortable, safe, and ready to learn.

This project will fund stop lights for noise control in the cafeteria, sensory body socks, and calming music lighting for classrooms.

The stoplights will provide a visual cue to help regulate noise levels, giving students a clear way to understand and manage their surroundings. Sensory body socks offer a safe, calming way for students to self-regulate, and the music lighting will transform classrooms into peaceful spaces for learning.

With your support, we can make CES a place where our students in the ASD unit—and all students—feel empowered, included, and successful in every part of their school day. Thank you for helping us build a welcoming, sensory-friendly environment for our incredible students!
