My Project

I am a physical education teacher in the Bronx for students with autism. My students need extra support, adapted equipment and reinforcement materials for every day class. My goal for this upcoming year is to ensure my students receive the proper education through sport and activity. Using adapted equipment and sensory items will help me achieve that goal.

This previous school year has allowed me to develop skills and knowledge to better educate my students.

Because I am a teacher in the Bronx, our budgets are extremely low and our resources are minimal. This project will help me achieve my goals, my students' goals and definitely put a smile on their faces.
