My Project

It is hard for students to transition into kindergarten from pre-k. They go from a day of play to a day of academic work. Sometimes it becomes overwhelming for students during the transition. These sensory toys will allow overwhelmed kindergarten students to take a deep breath and learn to regulate their emotions. These sensory toys will help students discover how to discuss and regulate their feelings. These tools can provide a calming effect and help students focus on their tasks. Additionally, they can aid in developing important emotional intelligence skills at an early age.
