My Project

The students in my classroom are constantly seeking sensory input. They have difficulty regulating their emotions and body. My goal with this project is to be able to provide my students with a safe space to meet their sensory needs by learning new coping strategies while remaining in the classroom.

By donating to my project, you will not only help to improve and increase student attention and focus, you will also help to increase the students' academic achievement.

Creating an in class sensory corner will allow students the ability to stay in class while fulfilling their sensory needs. These supplies will help the students to be able to identify their needs, calm down and refocus so that they can stay in the classroom and continue to learn.
