My Project

My goal is to create a calming and sensory friendly classroom for my upcoming students. I can create this atmosphere by having calming lights and sensory toys (Play-Doh, Legos, Magnetic Tiles). I am hopeful in creating an environment where students needs are met socially and emotionally.

Please help our students have an atmosphere where they feel comfortable and confident to learn.

Stories on social emotional learning and calming strategies are very important to help teach students it's okay to feel these feelings and how to manage them. Thank you kindly for your support on helping our classroom grow.
