This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Hi My name is Paul Desmarais and I am preschool comprehensive teacher. I serve students with moderate to severe autism that benefit from a therapy-based approach to learning.

My classroom is in need of sensory/hands on learning materials to enhance their learning potential.

I have requested a large bean bag that will be utilized in my sensory corner; having this will provide the opportunity for my students to go to place in my room when they are feeling anxious or upset and assist them with calming themself. I requested the mix magnet wild animals to develop fine motor and attention skills.
