Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I would like to engage my students in tactile art. With your support, my students can create art using different sensory materials. Together, we can engage their senses and nurture their creativity.

My students will be able to build, create, and explore with their hands.

The use of sensory materials such as sand, rocks, and rubbing plates can provide helpful sensory experiences for students. It can help strengthen their fine motor skills, their communication skills, and encourage self expression.

I want to provide different art experiences for my students who typically have limited access to art supplies. Please help me provide more engaging, nurturing and inclusive art experiences for my amazing students.
