Help me give my students tools to help regulate their emotions and attention so they are better able to focus on academics during the school day!
FULLY FUNDED! Ms. Wilson's classroom raised $473
This project is fully funded
My Students
My students consist of elementary school students, grades K-5, who come to school each day eager to learn! Many of the students I work with have specific learning needs and are significantly below grade level. Due to their learning needs, many of the students struggle to maintain friendships with peers and have low self confidence regarding their abilities.
My goal every day is to help these struggling students make progress and feel more confident in their abilities.
I want them to become life long learners!
My Project
The materials I am requesting will allow students to succeed academically as well as emotionally! We need your help getting these tools into the classroom. The Wobble Chairs will help students who require movement during independent work time. These chairs will provide students with the opportunity to gain movement all while completing classroom work! The pencil grips will help students who need to develop their fine motor skills further. With these skills, they will be able to complete writing work in the classroom. The Theraputty will provide sensory input for students during the school day.
The donations to this project will help improve the emotional well being of my students, so they can succeed academically.
With these tools, students can begin to self-regulate their emotions. We need your support to make this project a reality! Thanks!
