My Project

We are an after school program called Change Makers because we are trying to make the world a better place one little change at a time. We have listened to our school and local community and are focused on bullying in our school. Children who aren't self regulated can't learn. There are many students in our building that lack the skills to regulate their emotions. The goal for our project is to provide students with the opportunity to recognize their emotions and the tools to learn to self soothe. We want to create baskets for as many rooms as possible with Social Emotional Learning tools, toys, and books in them. We ask for your help in raising the money for them.

Ms. Donaldson Hawthorne Elementary School Grades 3-5
