My Project

Hello! My name is Alexandra Giardinelli and I am asking for funding to cover some basic, disposable hygiene products, a couple of desk-top therapy lights, and a couple of fun, mental health bonuses for my freshman.

I am working on a mental-health/conference area in my classroom and these products would be the finishing touch I need to help give my students some self-confidence on days when they woke up late, or don’t have enough money to buy new deodorant yet.

Living in a low-income, often cloudy coastal area, the little pick-me-ups go a long way in the winter, which is why I’d like to offer them a couple of desk-top therapy lights and some motivational stickers when I can see someone is feeling down. Thank you for reading!!
