My Project
I love my students’ resilience and eagerness to learn, even when facing challenges that impact their mental health. They thrive when given tools to focus and reflect. By providing headphones, my students can participate in personalized meditation and mindfulness activities, helping them manage stress and build empathy.
Through guided practices, they'll learn to see the world from different perspectives and develop a deeper understanding of compassion.
By focusing on these activities, students will work towards alleviating their own stress and that of their peers. I’ll measure success through journals and discussions, reflecting growth in their understanding and demonstration of compassion.
