My Project

Many of our students come from different countries and have very diverse cultures. Because of COVID-19, students were not able to share their cultures and experience culture in America. This leads the students are have emotional and academic struggles at school.

With the watercolor kits, watercolor brushes, DIY Mosaic coaster kits, and other Mosiac materials, our students will have the materials to work on American styles Mosiac handcrafting coasters and use the Mosiac materials to express their cultures to their classmates in Hawaii.

Moreover, the snacks that you provide will support our students who need an energy boost while they are working on their handcrafting and academic assignments.

You are not only helping students to feel comfortable at school, you will ultimately help students to improve their self-esteem and see themselves as contributors to our community.

Students will be able to share their cultures by creating different handcrafts with their classmates and themselves. It also encourages students to come after school to seek help as they need to build strong relationships with others and improve their academic performance.
