My Project

Help me acquire the resources needed to support my students with their mental and physical well-being. We have many students who struggle with their emotions and often react with outbursts and aggression. We have seen the benefits of having students utilize the minimal items we have available. However, with a growing population of ELLs, ASD students, and SWD, there is just not enough to accommodate their needs. The beanbag chair, tent, and additional items being requested will help create a warm, cozy, inviting space that will increase self-awareness, reduce stress, promote positive behaviors, reduce aggression, and help students regulate their emotions.
