My Students

My students are a diverse, multicultural, inquisitive, hard working, loving and all around special bunch. As a SETTS teacher, I work with both general education and special education students.

My students are all eager to learn and they learn best through hands-on interactive materials, as well as the basic essential tools needed for every productive classroom.

I love to watch their eyes light up when they learn something new and when they're actively engaged. My heart skips a beat when they are active participants in their learning. I am always looking for new and challenging ways to engage them. My goal is for all of my students to reach their learning goals while enjoying what they learn.

My Project

Social Emotional Learning is just as important in a classroom as math and reading. Now more than ever our kiddos need to know from a young age that they are capable, they can succeed and that they are one of a kind!

Social Emotional Daily Journals are a great resource my students can use on a daily basis.

Each morning social emotion lessons are taught whether it is through a video or read a loud. These journals provide daily exercises, scenarios and topics that will help me kiddos on their journey to be their best!
