Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Our classroom is located in-between two hallways, and suffers from the fact that it is window less. If it is humid outside, it is humid inside our room as well, and sometimes we can reach levels as high as 85 degrees with 87% humidity in our room. This tends to make the room harder to work in, and my paper assignments tend to absorb some of that humidity.

If my students are more comfortable, they will likely concentrate more on my lessons of the day and not focused on the temperature of the room.

Better conditions in our classroom could lead to better test scores, student engagement, and student lead discourse in my classroom.
