My Project

This group of students are the first to start a digital media class that incorporates video editing, graphic design, and photography editing apps as a part of the curriculum here at SHS. The knowledge these students are receiving are not only launching pads to potential careers but are tools they can utilize from here on out. These tools are helping the students discover new potential career avenues, connect them to the student body and community through their work, and also teach them marketing strategies for the club. They are creative, motivated individuals who are learning new skills through Digital Media. With this funding, we will be able to provide more avenues for them to learn and create! Through the funding, we want to purchase a new camera with more features that also give us the option of photography. We currently have an older video camera with a built in microphone. This new camera will allow us to take photos, videos and connect separate microphones for better sound.
