My Students

Do you remember the first time your teacher share your excellent work with the class? Well, my students are yet to experience such... All students would love to show off their talent, my students have talents but are not able to show it off with pride.

My students are 8th graders who are willing to learn.

They are very curious and love to correct each other in a friendly manner. They love to share their achievements with each other. Some of my students have an IEP and it is very nice to see how these students eager to show off their work to ensure that they have learned during the class period. These students are encouraged to work together to become better citizens.

My Project

This document camera that I am asking for will allow me and my students to share samples of our work. We can use an excellent piece to show what perfection is and we can also use not so perfect pieces and make suggestions of how this can become a perfect piece. With a document camera, we can do this as a whole class activity, having more suggestions than working in a small group. A document camera is important in my classroom not only for the teacher but the students also, this will make sharing of resources easier. Less copies, more work... Making our lessons Common Core friendly! The motivational stamps will motivate my students to do excellent work, motivational stickers does wonders to any students, they all want to know that they can do it! Having these stamps will encourage my students to compete in a friendly manner. Wanting to do work so that they can be commented on in a positive manner.

I students need to experience this! Using a document camera in my classroom will make the dream of my students a reality! Please help my students realize their dream! Can you remember how it felt when your teacher wrote a positive comment in your book? It took time, having these stamps will allow me to comment in more books, motivating more students, making them all want to become college and career ready!
