My Project

My students will be learning techniques in acrylic painting for our spring show. We will flood the canvases with white paint first, Bob Ross style, and then paint seascapes. Students will be encouraged to add detailed animals and plant life.

They need stretched canvases that will allow us to hang their masterpieces once they're finished.

The Scholastic Art magazine will provide further creative stimulation for my kiddos. Every other month, a fresh set of articles and perspectives will arrive to inspire new and interesting artworks. And since it's written specifically for kids, it won't be full of ads and distractions.
