Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

In integrated co-taught classrooms, students move at so many different speeds. In geometry specifically, students are pushed to review previously learned skills and knowledge from algebra and combine them with new content and ideas from geometry. My goal for this project is to provide my students with another screen in which I, the special education teacher, can provide specialized instruction from.

With a second point of instruction in the classroom, students can catch up with their peers and receive individualized learning.

This could help my students feel more confident in their abilities in the math classroom and help me maintain equitable standards while still supporting my students appropriately.
