My students need iPads in the classroom to enhance their learning and provide them the opportunity to practice their math and reading skills.

My Students

Using technology in the classroom opens new doors to interactive learning. My students will have access to hundreds of books at their fingertips where they can practice their fluency and improve their reading. There are endless possibilities for math practice and enrichment as well.

I have a classroom full of 20 exciting, energetic second graders!

They are like little sponges who love to learn and soak in all new opportunities that are presented to them. When my students are able to use technology they are so engaged and excited about the learning. Technology brings learning experiences to a whole new level.

My Project

I am requesting two mini-iPads for my classroom. When using an iPad, students have access to hundreds of stories, which helps to increase their fluency, vocabulary, and improves their confidence in being a reader. There are also many apps available to reinforce math skills. This will help students master skills and content standards they are learning.

Having seen how engaged my students are using the technology resources our school currently has, I know that my students will benefit greatly from having iPads in our classroom.

Technology opens new possibilities to learning and makes learning fun and exciting! There are many educational apps available for students to use and we all would appreciate any support to help our classroom become a 21st Century classroom. Thanks!
