My Project

Seats, seeds, and sounds is a project including a variety of materials we are hoping to receive to enhance our students experience this year!

Our students are an incredible group with a wide range of strengths and talents; they are curious, compassionate, and eager to learn!

We are hoping to receive some planting supplies for a very fun project! The planting supplies support our cherished tradition of propagating our class pothos plant, where each student nurtures their own plant to take with them as they transition to middle school. This hands-on experience not only teaches responsibility but also helps students build confidence and independence.

We are also hoping to receive a class set of headphones to enhance our experience with technology in the classroom. In addition, we are hoping to receive some new flexible seating options for our students. Flexible seating promotes choice and comfort, giving students the freedom to decide how and where they learn best. Our goal is to empower students to take ownership of their learning and develop the independence needed for middle school and beyond.

This project will allow students to grow academically and personally while preparing students for the next chapter of their education.
