My Project

Small group instruction plays a vital role in addressing the unique needs of individual students. The materials from this project will significantly enhance that instructional time, providing what students truly need to thrive. With a matching set of chairs designed to create a welcoming environment and engaging activities sourced from Teachers Pay Teachers (TPT), students will enjoy the coveted and intentional time at the table. Partnered with items like a small group whiteboard, recording tools like sticky notes and color-coordinated papers, supply containers, and other engaging supplies, we will make a great setup for small group instruction and learning.

I envision a space where students enter feeling valued and inspired, recognizing its importance in their learning journey.

Every student benefits from small group instruction across various subjects. While it can be daunting for students to enter an environment that emphasizes direct instruction from their teacher and collaboration with peers, their perseverance and strong work ethic empower them to succeed. Our students are overcoming underdogs being in a low-income district that is rural with limited opportunities presented to them in comparison with larger city schools.

By supporting this project, you can help create an inspiring and effective learning atmosphere where students feel motivated and acknowledged; no matter where they are in their learning journey. Your contributions will make a meaningful difference in enhancing our small group instruction and fostering a sense of belonging and importance in every student who walks through our doors.
