My Project

These are the impacts of my project on student learning. First, it minimizes disruptions. By streamlining the process of obtaining hall passes, with an iPad, students can spend less time waiting and more time focused on their learning.

This minimizes disruptions in the classroom, leading to a more conducive learning environment.

Second is it promotes responsibility and time management. The e-hall pass system encourages students to take responsibility for their movements within the school. By learning to manage their time effectively, students develop essential skills that will benefit them academically and in their future endeavors.

Third is it enhances accountability. The digital tracking of hall pass usage allows teachers to monitor student movement, fostering a sense of accountability. This can lead to increased trust and respect between students and teachers, which positively impacts the learning atmosphere.

Fourth is it supporting a safe learning environment. By having a clear record of student locations, the e-hall pass system enhances school safety. Students will feel more secure knowing that their whereabouts are monitored, allowing them to focus on their studies without concern.

Lastly, it is to utilize data for continuous improvement. The insights gained from pass usage data can help educators identify trends, such as peak times for pass requests or frequent destinations. This information can be used to adjust teaching strategies and improve the overall educational experience.

The goals of this project are to implement an efficient system. Next is to foster student engagement and responsibility. Also, to enhance safety and security. Lastly, it is to gather feedback for continuous improvement.

My students come from diverse cultures here in the Navajo Nation. They need access to digital resources which enhances learning experience and provides opportunities for academic success.
