Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I love my students' curiosity, resilience, and the unique energy they bring to our classroom. They come from diverse backgrounds, and despite facing challenges, they show a commitment to growing and learning that inspires me. With the slogan *"Sculpting a Brighter Tomorrow,"* we aim to shape not only their minds but also their futures.

The items I’m requesting will significantly impact their social-emotional development.

Tools like calming kits, emotion flashcards, and sensory play materials will help my students recognize and express their emotions, build communication skills, and practice self-regulation. These resources will create a safe and supportive environment where they can manage emotions and reduce anxiety, allowing them to focus on learning.

My goal for this project is to equip my students with the social-emotional tools they need to navigate life confidently, helping them understand that it's okay to feel and express emotions. This foundation will not only enhance their learning today but also set them up for a brighter, emotionally intelligent future.

My students are sculptors of their own paths, growing and evolving every day. With this project, we will continue *Sculpting a Brighter Tomorrow* together, where each resource helps them carve out a future full of promise.
