Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

A printer is a common item, except in my classroom and in most of my students’ homes. They will benefit from this classroom equipment because it allows them to explore real world career paths and help them connect with reading and writing beyond the usual classroom activities of quick writes, short constructed responses, and essays. This printer, doc camera, and laminator will help their projects come to life, the classroom becomes more efficient and brings a sense of pride to the classroom environment.

This equipment brings fun into the classroom-F-U-N-with all capital letters.

The joy the students will receive from collaborating, creating and delivering their e-books, podcasts and other projects is beyond measure. But as they are having fun they will also develop new skills, assist them to dig deeper into the topics they are studying, ask new questions and make deeper connections in the subject area.

These tools will help them be successful this year and have fun doing it!
