My Students

My class is composed of a very diverse group of juniors and seniors who enjoy a love of learning. They strive for the best and push themselves to achieve their goals. I am impressed by their determination and enthusiasm. Our goal is to work towards increasing the availability of Dual Enrollment, CLEP and AP classes so that they reflect the diversity of our school.

My Project

Dual Enrollment and AP Biology are challenging subjects with complicated topics. Understanding Biology becomes even more difficult with complicated visual images and concepts. Having access to a computers that demonstrates step by step concept problem solving in Biology.

These accessories along with the computer will help in students' understanding of topics like membrane transport, cellular respiration and photosynthesis, genetics, and gene expression.

This is a necessary tool for my visual learners. This technology will also allow me to record demonstrations and labs for students aspects of the DE Biology and AP Biology curriculum.
