My students need scooters and scooter stand to play various games that some of my students my not be able to play on their feet. The exercise ball stand will save space in my gym.

My Students

The school I work for is a special needs school; all students have some kind of physical or educational disability. Our school has over four hundred students in seven different locations. The location I work at is housed in a general education high school, which has over three thousand students. We just received a new gym space and all the equipment will be very helpful to start up an active class for my students. I have sixty students that I teach adapted physical education to, and it's all done in the new gym room. The students love to participate in A.P.E.

My Project

The scooters will help assist my students in sports, also scooters are fun, students love to roll across the gym floor and have races to see who is the fastest.

Many of my students have problems with balance and motor skills, using the scooters would help these students able to play sports like soccer, tag, volleyball and much more.

They may not be able to run the fastest or move the quickest but using the scooters will help my students feel that they are apart of the class and they can compete with other students.

The exercise ball rack will help with the space in my gym, right now the balls are on the floor and takes up space that the students could be using during their gym time.
