Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My students are fun and energetic. They love physical education. They are always open to new ideas. My students love to be challenged and are always up for the task. My students know the importance of physical education and appreciate what I do for them. I enjoy teaching my students.

My Project

In the winter time we are very limited with space at our school. We do not have a gym. I do have a classroom and a pavilion outside. With these scooters we will play scooter basketball and scooter soccer. These are safe team sports we can play indoors during the winter. These scooters will help us by reaching our daily fitness goals by increasing our heart rate, increasing breathing rate and working moderate to vigorous. We will exercise by having fun and continue lifelong learning in PE class. These scooters will benefit up to 400 students. There are also many other activities our students can participate in with these scooters.
