My Project

I have the amazing opportunity to work with multiple grade levels and as a result, I get to know hundreds of amazing students. When I push into classrooms for science activities, I am part of the great community that spans several decades in the heart of old Henderson. Our school has been a fixture in the community and has many long standing traditions, one of which is celebrating the diversity of our families.

Our school is on the smaller side and not filled with the latest technology, but instead is bursting at the seams with inquisitive young scholars and scientists.

I am requesting a STEM kit that focus on water conservation, a real threat to Lake Mead and our drought in Southern Nevada. I am also requesting theme boxes to build our understanding of earth, ecosystems, and space.
