I teach a kindergarten through eighth grade science lab, in an urban school, with a wonderfully diverse student body.

We need rocks! We have read a lot about rocks, we've become the rock cycle and changed into many rocks, but we don't have enough examples of different types of rocks to hold, examine and compare!

I want to purchase a variety of large and small specimens (ex. 1 large example of pumice and 30 small ones) for my students to experiment with and explore! The more engaged, the more they learn!
