it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Many of my students are struggling with their reading. I believe having fun and colorful tools will help to motivate them to become the readers that I know they are. Science of Reading is an approach that I strongly believe in and I have been following the creator of this set for several years. She is incredible and works so hard to help so many teachers. She has teamed up with Hand 2 Mind and created to perfect toolkit.
I would really like to be able to get this to help my students in small groups to become confident and strong readers.
My students come from different backgrounds and different home lives but when they are in my classroom they are all eager to learn. I am always trying to incorporate the newest craze. This kit has magnetic (magic) wands, pop-it tubes, and google eye finger puppets. I just know my students will love this and beg to learn more.
