Science of Reading Reference Books

I need to learn as much as possible about the Science of Reading as a Reading Interventionist. These books are not just for me, but also for classroom teachers to borrow and read as well.

My Students

My students are struggling readers. They work so hard, but reading is a very difficult skill to master.

With the help of Reading Science, we can help close the gap for struggling students and end the inequities of our previous reading intervention methods.

My Project

As a Reading Interventionist I need to learn as much as possible about research-based reading instruction. These books will help me grow in my role and enable me to provide the best possible reading instruction to my students.

In addition, these books will be part of my growing library of books on the topic of teaching reading, which I will make available to classroom teachers in my school.

We can all benefit from the information in these books.

My students always need extra support in reading, however this year they need help more than ever.
