Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students are in the 9th grade and are learning Physics. They enjoy learning and being in class. At the end of the year, students will take the MCAS which is a state exam that is required to graduate high school. The white paper will be used for printing class assignments while the color paper will be used to make their science notebooks very colorful and fun. The pencils are a necessity because they need to write as they work in groups. The glue and tape will be used for their class projects to get hands on practice of the topics covered in class. The index cards will be used during MCAS prep so that students can study for the exam. My students are very blunt in telling that I don't have good quality or enough materials for the class. Since we ran out of materials, I am hoping I can get these helpful class materials for my students through Donors Choose.
