This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Since the pandemic for the last two years, my students have been through so much changes, especially when it comes to their learning environment. They have been adapting, resilient and strong to push through the challenges of the transition from remote learning to in-person learning. It has not been easy but as a community we have done it. Coming back to a new school year, I will like to create a resource center for my students. They have ask in the end of the school year to create an accessible learning environment where they could walk freely to gather supplies, complete lab experiments, and engaging activities to express their learning.

I will like to create a classroom that provides students the opportunity to investigate, access resources, and a place to feel comfortable to complete their group projects or discussions.
