Science Experiment Materials and Storage

My Students

My students come from a rural area of northern Wisconsin. In fact, our nearest Target is over two hours away! My students live in the north woods, surrounded by wildlife and lakes. Our school is 2k-12th grade and only has a total of around 150 students.

My students range in grades from 4-6.

They are funny, kind, and hard-working.

My Project

I would love to do more science experiments in my classroom. But between the three grades that I teach, I do not have enough materials to run experiments and projects This project would allow me to have a wide variety of materials.

I would like to be able to do an erosion lab.

Using stones and paint liner trays, students will create a hill. Then, students will put run water down their hill and see if weathering and erosion will occur.

I am also asking for a TPT gift card. This will allow me to buy different experiment outlines. By diversifying my science instruction, students will get a well-rounded education.
