My students always look forward to lab days in physics and IPC class. They come to class eager to learn and always ask for details about the next lab or project. They are eager to learn about how things work through experimentation with hands-on activities. I always strive to relate all of my teaching to real-world applications to better prepare my students for the next stage of their life.
My Project
This list of materials will help me supply my students with essential supplies in the Physics classroom. I have a very limited amount of supplies going into my second year of teaching. So this list includes items used everyday in the classroom. It includes items to help students with note taking such as composition notebooks, pens, pencils, erasers and a classroom sharpener. There's also markers and pencils to help students with designing and displaying their science lab projects. I've also added daily items that help me present the daily lessons such as dry erase markers, pens, pencils and magnetic clip hangers. Majority of these items will be used to aid in the learning of in person classroom students, but I do have virtual students who learn remotely. Those students will also benefit from these supplies because I record my lessons while I am demonstrating at the whiteboard or even on a sheet of paper. I teach Physics, Integrated Physics and Chemistry and Forensic Science.
