Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
This year I will be teaching Kindergarten. My students will be coming in from Pre-k and some from homeschool. Kindergarteners learn through fun and hands on activities. Teaching Science at a young age is so important. They need science activities that will help them with life cycles, magnets, plant parts, animals, five senses and etc. All these centers address the needs for my students.
These centers will be hands on which will help my students with science skills and doing things independently.
My goal is for my students to have year round centers that they can do independently.
More than half of students from low‑income households
