This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I have a group of students who are so excited about science and the idea of participating in lab experiments. When I shared with them some possible ideas for science labs, they gasped and whooed with each possibility. Students will be able to make real-world connections as they complete each experiment and work on the learn to code folder games..

My students have returned to the campus after going through a pandemic.

They have not had an opportunity to interact in Science experiments or hands-on activities within the classroom.

These physical science kits will be a perfect addition to our science center in the classroom. Students will engage in skill-building experiments and bring concepts to life. There are 171 experiment pieces related to topics that include magnets, simple machines, electricity, and force and motion.

Celebrate Black teachers and kids! This project supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of students are Black.

Equity Focus
