Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

For this project, we are requesting school supplies to end the year strong. I have been doing small group interventions this year. The pencils will ensure we have enough for the rest of the year, as they are used for daily vocabulary writing. The highlighters will be used to highlight target words or sounds. Scissors will be used to replenish the ones that are missing. The hole puncher will be used to add holes to our packets so they can be put in 3 prong folders.

These materials will help our students stay clean, healthy, and organized.

We share our room with our afterschool kiddos. Having disinfecting wipes helps us keep a safe and healthy environment for our kiddos to learn in. With all the germs our kiddos share having these wipes helps us stay away from them. Having containers will help our room stay much more organized.

Our students can put things away much easier when they are stored in clear containers because they can easily see where everything goes. These school tools will be used to finish the rest of the year.
