it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
My students are amazing! As soon as they entered the classroom this year they have been hungry to learn. They have a desire to succeed despite the challenges that they face in and out of the classroom.

I teach in an ICT classroom where our students are on various levels in both reading and math. My school is a Title I school in which all students receive free lunch and breakfast. We have both general education and special education students in my classroom. All students should have an equal opportunity to achieve and reach their goals. Being able to provide my students with the necessary school supplies would allow my students to start the school year off strongly and successfully.
My Project
My students enter the classroom every day, ready to work their brains! Every new piece of information they receive is cherished as they grow throughout the year from beginning of the year third-graders to ready to be fourth-graders! However, my students don't always have access to the resources that will make learning fun, easier, and help them achieve.
How do you express yourself?
My students are very creative. I like to give them every opportunity to express themselves through writing and art. The multicultural crayons, markers, and colored pencils allow my students to represent themselves in their work.
The notebooks, colored folders, and tabs will help keep the students organized. We use different colored folders and notebooks for different subjects. The tabs are to help students locate important information in their notebooks quickly to help them gain independence and work on their own. The post-its will be used for students to receive feedback from both their teacher and peers.
