Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

The school supplies we are requesting—notebooks, folders, pencils, and pens—are fundamental tools that will directly support our students’ ability to organize, take notes, and complete assignments. Notebooks will provide a dedicated space for students to record important information, practice writing, and keep track of lessons. Folders will help them stay organized, ensuring that assignments and class materials are kept in order, which is key for staying on top of deadlines and learning effectively. Having enough pencils and pens ensures that students have the necessary tools to participate in lessons and complete tasks without unnecessary distractions. These supplies are critical in helping students stay engaged, organized, and focused, all of which are essential for their academic success.

The goal of this project is to provide our students with the basic supplies they need to succeed in the classroom.

By ensuring each student has the proper materials, we hope to foster an environment where they can be more organized, focused, and prepared to learn. These supplies will allow students to actively participate in lessons, complete assignments without barriers, and have the tools they need to succeed academically. Ultimately, our goal is to help every student feel confident and ready to tackle their coursework and challenges throughout the school year.

Our students are incredibly motivated, dedicated, and eager to learn. They come from diverse backgrounds, each bringing unique perspectives and strengths to the classroom. Despite any challenges they may face, they show a remarkable level of perseverance and determination to succeed. What makes them special is their ability to work together as a community, support one another, and push through obstacles to reach their goals. With the right supplies, we believe our students will be able to focus more on their learning and perform to the best of their abilities.
