My Students

I am currently teaching 27 very special first graders at an inner city school, in a high poverty area. My students come to school everyday, despite any hardships at home ready to learn and grow! I admire their ability to work through an entire day with smiles on their faces!

We are in need of everyday supplies to keep a functioning classroom!

My students become fully engaged when new and exciting materials are given to them to explore and learn with. With your help we will use these supplies to learn and grow.

My Project

We are in need of some school supplies for the 2018-2019 school year.

A variety of paper, developmentally appropriate sized pencils, colorful markers, and a class set of clipboards will allow for us to learn and complete our work around the room instead of being confined to our desks.

Also, a few teacher resources will guide whole group instruction throughout the day while also preserving teacher made materials for years to come! These materials will truly make a difference in our class to get creative juices flowing every day. We can draw and write our way all the way to second grade!
