Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Our classroom is filled with eager English Language Learners from low-income families who are passionate about math. To foster collaboration and learning, we need essential supplies like markers, a whiteboard, wipes, graphing papers, loose leaf papers, etc.

These school supplies will empower our students to work together, explain concepts, and visualize math problems on the whiteboard.

By providing these resources, we can create a supportive and engaging learning environment where students can develop strong math skills, build confidence, and become leaders in their classroom.

Imagine the excitement on their faces as they work together to solve a challenging math problem, using the whiteboard to visualize the steps and explain their thinking to their peers. These supplies will not only enhance their learning experience but also foster a sense of community and belonging in our classroom.
