This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My students from California are enthusiastic learners who enter the classroom believing they can succeed at anything they put their minds to. In our classroom, we collaboratively foster a supportive environment. My students love helping each other become and feel accomplished as well as celebrating their success. They are readers, writers, and mathematicians who are eager to succeed and build on their learning. I am so proud of their creativity and willingness to always try their best in any challenge presented. They truly love learning!

My Project

We are getting ready for the new year back on campus and we're excited ! Ready and eager to start school it is important for my students to be prepared on the first day. The pencil boxes will organize my students materials so they are ready to complete task without interruptions. The folders and staplers will allow my students to be responsible with keeping up with assignments. With this being most of my 1st graders first time in a classroom having their individual supplies with them will prepare them to be independent learners.
