My Project

As a school nurse, I have the privilege of caring for students who come from a variety of backgrounds. They visit my office for many reasons, whether it's a tummy ache, a headache, or simply needing a safe space to decompress. My goal is to ensure that every child feels supported and cared for during their time at school.

One of the ways I can make a difference is by providing snacks for those moments when a student needs an extra boost to get through the day.

A small snack can make a big difference in a child’s ability to focus and learn.

In addition, having easy access to hot water is essential for treating minor injuries and maintaining a clean environment. With a tea kettle, I can quickly provide warm water for soothing care without the need to leave the nurse's office. This would allow me to attend to the children more efficiently and effectively.
