My Project

As a school counselor in a high school, I am the first person to whom students and parents come for support, especially outside of the classroom. As young adults, students need to learn about good hygiene and how to maintain good hygiene. The most significant request we get from students is for deodorant; we have been unable to provide this. We also only have school-funded sanitary pads for female students, which aren’t always the best quality or comfortable for our students. Lastly, students always come to counselors for snacks because they need a mid-day pick-me-up, have not eaten all day, and need an extra energy boost.
