School Counseling Essentials

My Project

Please help fulfill the needs of my school by donating essential school counseling items that I use in my daily interactions with scholars. Due to the size of my office, I am in need of a tall bookshelf in order to maximize the space that I have.

I also use Fidgets often.

Fidgets can help students in school counseling by providing a physical outlet for excess energy, which can improve focus and self-regulation. These tools can reduce anxiety, help manage stress, and promote relaxation during counseling sessions.

By engaging in fidgeting, students are often better able to stay calm, process emotions, and engage in conversation, allowing for more effective communication and therapeutic progress. Additionally, fidgets can serve as a coping mechanism for students with attention challenges, sensory needs, or anxiety.
